Dona's pilates reformer journey has continued through her instruction at VIDA Pilates. Teaching a combination of classical and contemporary classes allows her students to access functional strength training in proper alignment, aiding in posture enhancement, joint pain relief, and the cultivation of deep core strength. Her students range from ages 18 to 80, and the modality of this unique apparatus makes the exercises accessible to all body types and fitness levels. Private instruction is also available.
