In today’s sedentary world, getting up and moving is more important than ever. Mind and Body Solutions PLLC is excited to incorporate this additional health factor into our therapeutic services. Do you own a stationary bike? Maybe a treadmill or elliptical? Perhaps your appointment is during a moment when it's a nice day outside. Take advantage of your 50 minute session time, to further enhance your well being by being moderately active while engaged in your session. Physical activity is known to increase our focus, concentration, improve sleep and cognitive well being, by spiking our endorphins. By combining some movement during your therapy session, double your health benefits and potentially experience an increase in feeling refreshed both in mind and body.
