Chandra Lloyd


Chandra holds a master’s degree in social work from Howard University. She is committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. Chandra has ten years of experience in the field, and specializes in helping clients navigate through life's challenges, heal from past traumas, and develop healthier coping strategies. Chandra is deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Chandra’s approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques. She believes in tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client, while fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Chandra works with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work / life stress and balance, and family issues.
